NEW LOOK SIDES PREPARE FOR BIG MONDAY CLASH
Two sides that find themselves outside of the play-offs go head to head on Monday (July 23rd) when the 'Volvo Cars' Poole Pirates journey to King's Lynn.
Both clubs will go into the action with team structural changes and on the back of positive results at Leicester, the third club presently below the top four of the SGB Premiership.
The Pirates defeated the Lions 47-43 two weeks ago to gain three league points and the Stars put Leicester in dire straits when they ravaged them 52-38 last Monday for a four point haul that
But since those respective meetings, Monday's teams have made changes as they look to propel themselves towards the top 4.
King's Lynn moved to replace injured Lewis Kerr with Jason Garrity who recently lost his place with Belle Vue when Steve Worrall returned from his broken leg, whilst the Pirates offer up an official club debut for Chris Harris who was a timely replacement for Linus Sundstrom once the Swede had requested to be stood down.
Harris has often been first port of call by promoter Matt Ford when in need of a guest facility but this is the first opportunity he has had to sign the Cornishman who will long be remembered as the man that picked himself up off the deck and win the league title for Coventry against Poole in 2010.
Reigning British Champion Robert Lambert, who will line-up in this weekend's British Grand Prix at Cardiff, is in sensational form this season and for the Stars has only been beaten by an opponent in two heats around the Adrian Flux Arena this term so far.
