IN 2017

JAMES SHANES

British

D.o.B: March 17, 1997

Making a big step up into the SGB Premiership the 2016 European Grasstrack Champion has been given the perfect opportunity to ride for his local club. The Dorchester born lad qualifies for a sub-three point average under the new rules introduced for the 2017 season, something that promoter Matt Ford couldn't overlook admitting "James' low average allows us to use more points at the top end of the team and that allows me the chance to have a strong top six and that therefore places no pressure on James."James' own pride will see him want to build on his assessed two points. He will also be a World Longtrack GP rider in 2017.
